RP Labs LLC

RP LABS, LLC is a separate business from Recovery Pathways, LLC - RP Labs provides a urine drug testing lab option for justice involved and referred individuals.

RP LABS, LLC has collection sites only at the Bay City and Corunna locations. Testing and call in times are assigned at time of signing contract. Individuals must be referred by probation, parole or court systems.

The cost of any testing is not covered by insurance and is an out of pocket expense to the individual. Cost varies on testing type and is explained at time of contract signing.

RP LABS, LLC uses Paracelsus for our color call in system and has no access to colors for the day or ability to inform clients of missed tests.

Lab hours vary by location and are included on the individual contract.

To refer a client for testing, please complete the referral form below. As the supervising party, you will receive confirmation email of enrollment and specific instructions on how to receive and view results.
