The Patient Portal is an easy way for patients to view their health record online. Patients can review: • problems • allergies • medications • eLab results
• vitals • shared treatment plans

Create Account


In order to activate your patient portal, Recovery Pathways will send you an email invitation. If you are a patient and have not received an invitation to join the patient portal, please call the office.
1. Once you receive your email invitation you will click Get Started. The Patient Portal create account page opens. 2. Create a Password and enter your Date of Birth.
3. Click Create Account. The account is created and the Patient Portal dashboard opens.

How to message your provider: 


From the Messages page, you can send a message to your provider.

1. Click New Message. 2. The New Message page opens. Compose message:
a. Select a provider from the To drop-down.
b. Enter the Subject and Message to the provider.
c. Optionally, attach an image or document (not to exceed 10MB). Click Send Secure Message when finished. The message display in the provider's Message Center.

Make Payment


After clicking Make a Payment from the Payments page, the patient can make a payment online to pay their balance. 

1. Select the payment amount to pay. Select "Pay full Amount" to pay the total amount owed. Selects "Pay other amount" to enter a different payment amount. Note: You can click I want to see my statement before I pay to view their statement first.

2. Enter the Card Number, Expiration Date, and CVV code.

3. Click Process Transaction to charge the card. The Payment Successful page opens with a receipt and the option to print.
