Bio

I am a Master’s level therapist with 9 years of clinical experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care to adults, and couples. My approach to therapy is warm, empathetic, and highly personalized, with a strong focus on helping each client feel understood, supported, and empowered in their healing process.

I specialize in the treatment of addiction and am a Certified Advanced Addiction Counselor, with experience supporting individuals in all stages of recovery. In addition to substance use treatment, I am well trained in the treatment of mental health. This includes being knowledgeable about neurodivergent individuals and the specific challenges they face.

I am trained in trauma-focused therapy,  Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and the Gottman Method. These skills help clients build insight, healthier relationships, emotional regulation, coping skills, and lasting change.

I believe therapy is a meaningful exchange, and I value the opportunity to learn from my clients just as much as I hope they gain from working with me. One of my favorite parts of being a therapist is seeing clients walk into session excited and proud of themselves after overcoming a challenge or reaching a goal they once thought felt out of reach. Being able to witness those moments of growth, resilience, and self-confidence is one of the most meaningful parts of this work.
