Monica Aguirre has been part of the Recovery Pathways team, bringing passion and dedication to supporting individuals on their recovery journey. She obtained her CPRC state certification in 2023 and has since focused on empowering clients to build stable, meaningful lives in recovery.

Monica works closely with enhanced specialty clients, providing support to parents navigating recovery while strengthening family relationships. She also enjoys working with Bay County Recovery Court participants, where she collaborates with a team focused on accountability, growth, and long-term success.

Her approach is caring, fun, and energetic, helping to create a supportive and encouraging environment where clients feel understood and motivated. Monica is deeply committed to giving back to her community and finds purpose in helping others overcome challenges and achieve personal growth.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and values connection, balance, and making the most out of everyday moments.
