I’m LeAnn Cullimore, BA CADC, a substance use disorder counselor dedicated to helping individuals break free from the cycle of addiction. I integrate and blend evidence-based approaches such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My approach is compassionate, collaborative and nonjudgmental. I strive to create a safe space where clients feel seen, heard and empowered to explore the roots of their addiction and develop effective and sustainable psychosocial competencies, cognitive-behavioral and coping skills for sobriety. Above all, I am committed to walking alongside my clients as they navigate recovery, helping them build resilience, rediscover purpose, and create meaningful, fulfilling lives.
