Meet Kimber Debelak, the Executive Director of Recovery Pathways, LLC. Kimber has been working in the substance use disorder field since 2009, driven by passion and purpose. She finds joy in seeing clients' small victories in recovery and in supporting therapists as they grow into their roles. Kimber values honesty, teamwork, and evidence-based care that respects each individual's unique journey. Her mantra, "let's do it", reflects her straightforward and determined approach. On a lighter note, she loves her coffee, Dean Martin classics, and says that if she could have one superpower, it would tea magic wand to help clients even more.
