Kelly S. Coleman Sr., LMSW-C, CAADC is a fully licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Michigan. He holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work from Saginaw Valley State University and is a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC).
Mr. Coleman is a retired United States Army veteran, having completed 23½ years of military service, including deployments in support of Operation Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom. He retired from military service in 2013 and continues to apply the values of discipline, leadership, and service to his clinical practice.
He is actively engaged in civic and community service as Chairman of the Parks and Recreation Committee, reflecting his ongoing commitment to community development and public service.
Mr. Coleman is also a proud member of the Masonic fraternity, where he values the principles of brotherhood, integrity, service, and personal development, which align closely with his professional and ethical approach to clinical practice.
His clinical specialties include the treatment of Substance Use Disorders and Gambling Addiction. He is EMDR-trained and formally trained in the administration of the ASAM Criteria and the GAIN Assessment. His clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, trauma-informed care, and a strengths-based philosophy that supports recovery, stability, and long-term wellness.
He is open to working with diverse populations and is committed to providing comprehensive, person-centered behavioral health services that support individuals across the continuum of care.
