Hi there! My name is Kayte, and I am one of the clinical social workers at Recovery Pathways. I went to Saginaw Valley State University for both my bachelor's and master's degree in social work. I support individuals of all ages with mental health and substance use concerns through comprehensive, integrated care. I focus on creating a safe and welcoming environment for clients to explore their experiences and work toward meaningful change. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support clients in changing unhelpful thought patterns and living in alignment with their values.
When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our daughter, going out to eat, and finding new activities outside!
