Bio

Ashley has been part of the Recovery Pathways team since 2021, beginning as an MSW practicum student before transitioning into a full-time clinical role. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from Saginaw Valley State University and has since dedicated her work to supporting individuals on their journey toward recovery and emotional wellness.

Ashley utilizes Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), attachment-informed practices, and inner child healing to help clients build independence, confidence, and self-compassion in recovery, mental health, and life.

As the primary therapist for Bay County’s Adult Drug Court Program, Ashley enjoys the opportunity to work with an interdisciplinary team that focuses on helping individuals move away from incarceration and toward personal growth, healing, and recovery.

Ashley’s drive to be a clinical social worker comes from her passion for helping clients overcome the barriers holding them back. For her, witnessing someone who has experienced deep suffering find ways to cope and thrive in daily life is truly beautiful.

Outside of work, Ashley loves spending time outdoors, traveling, and enjoying good food with her little family.
